Community Association Manager

Manage a portfolio of homeowner associations, providing guidance and information to Boards of Directors to enable them to lead their associations.

Location: White Bear Lake May work from home some of the time if desired

Responsibilities: Communicate with homeowners and Board members on issues concerning their association. Write RFPs and obtain bids for services required by the associations as directed by the Board of Directors. Hire vendors for various maintenance and landscaping needs. Oversee vendors performance. Collect monthly assessment payments, make bank deposits, pay bills and prepare financial reports for the associations. Prepare annual budgets. Solicit bids for the associations insurance needs. Administer the associations rules enforcement policies. Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs. Attend and facilitate Board meetings and annual homeowner meetings.
